There's like 5 taco bells in bay city and this is hands down the worst, would rather take 2 toll bridge fees to go to thr essexville one then the less then 5 minute drive to go to this joke of a place
Lobby was clean, and food was 100% what it was supposed to be. Employees were talking loudly amongst themselves and many cuss words could be heard as i was waiting for my order....
Came here on lunch. Not busy, only 2 other people in lobby and one car In drive thru. Waited 10 minutes for a Crunchwrap and chips. Took 3 bites and Crunchwrap didn’t have no meat. Brought it up to get meat out on. Guy had no problem taking it back. The guy on the line was complaining that it had meat. I get my replacement faster than my original one. The replacement Crunchwrap was made terribly with minimal lettuce and tomato missing jalepenos.
