The people seemed nice enough, but here is the problem. I ordered bean burrito amd crunchy taco at lunch time on a weekday. The taco shells were stale. They had no crunch to them, and were chewy. The same for the tortilla of the burrito. It was hard. Were these left out and under a heat lamp so long that they lost their freshness? The reason I gave a low score is because if the staff actually cared about me the customer, they would not have served low quality food to me.
Didn't go in. Kid at window was very personable and professional.
Tacos were all broken and falling apart. No napkins or hotsauce. Just a disaster! This was a to go at window and I drove all the way home or I would have turned around and went right back.
Usually no complaints, but what type of weirdo decides to cut a quesadilla like this?
