We showed up after submitting an online order and was immediately told that they weren't taking orders at this time and to try again later. When I tried to tell them I had a mobile order, I had to tell them a couple times that had already been submitted and they told me it would be a 20-minute wait before they could even get to my order. Wild

So my fiancé and I walk in. No one greets us. They all avert their eyes. I work in the service industry so I get they were busy but there were also only three cats in their drive thru and no one in the cafe. I say that sarcastically because what I saw was about 5-6 grown men working the drive thru, three of which were passing down a burrito, dressing it like it was a subway sandwich. Service was good even though you have to order on the computer even though we were inside the restaurant. Food was good, but we didn't eat it inside as it was very cold in the dining area. It is always way over air conditioned. Other customers told us the same thing as they were leaving. We do like the food and it was prepared to our order. We will go back. Maybe next time we won't have to eat in the car.
