Arrived to see trash all over the parking area. My ordered was taken promptly and courteously. Food was ready quickly. As I gathered napkins, straw, etc I picked up 2 packs of sauce and had sauce all over my hand. The Dr Pepper was out and only clear liquid was dispensed. The table and chair had crumbs on them. Floor had small bits of trash here and there.

Rude guy at the window and rude manager. I paid cash for my food, and only got a receipt, no change. I asked nicely why wasn't I given my change back? The guys said we do not give change back it's a new policy. I repeated the question followed with what? The manager came and said we don't have change. I said I want my money back then I can use my credit card. He managed to get me my money back with attitude. Very weird people!

First of all, the person at the window was just not interested in accommodating to my food allergies. Also, I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap and specifically said to please be careful with meat contamination as I have an allergy, I still found a chunk of meat in it!! I had an experience like this with this location before but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but never going here again!!!!!!!
