I ordered online and my only option was to pick up in the drive through... As I walked past the ta The Taco Bell. I noticed the lobby was closed but the drive-thru is still open. I ate flag Day employee down. He said that he would speak to his manager about possibly skirting the drive-thru to get us food from the lobby because we didn't have a car. Only use the drive through if you want any service. They ignore the dining room
Taco Bell is my go to spot for fast food and I use grub hub alot . ALSO I never leave reviews but this is by far the worst taco bell ever . I counted 19/20 times they will not put sauce in the bag they forget items CONSTANTLY ive gotten 17 refunds for forgotten items from this taco bell aloneand one time they put my tacos upside down in the bag . Uber driver here, don’t do orders here after 10 pm they are really rude and there AI drive thru machine is BS. The employee who was working at the drive thru doesn’t seem to like working at Taco Bell because I explained to him that I had an order and after he started to get really upset for no reason and was also saying I was holding up his will they are the ones who take the longest and right after he shut the drive thru door on me.
