The food was great and tasty and everyone was kind!
You have to use a kiosk to order and pay then it took a very long time to get the food. Many drive-thru and mobile orders were filled before our dine-in
This Taco Bell sucks, our order is always wrong and they closed this location when it is supposed to be open 24 hours.
I had a horrible experience last night with this taco bell. The assistant manager named Nathan honestly needs to be fired he is so uncooperative and rude. The one worker named Michael was the sweetest person ever and actually helped me out. I was so disappointed in the service at this location and it seemed to all be Nathan’s fault. Honestly go to the other locations in Chico if you can before this one. Super unprofessional and incompetent.
