The employees are always fairly nice. However the amount of times my orders have looked like this when I pay for extra cheese is ridiculous. And they didnt even heat it up.10:30 at night and they want me to bring it back and they will remake it. That was nice but I shouldn't have to come back all the time for this crap.
Don’t say you have sausage crumbles in the app if you don’t have sausage crumbles. Then the employee was quite rude about it when I complained.
Went through drive through received cold fries that have been sitting for hours not busy at all. Ordered a potato bowl came with zero fork or napkins waited ten minutes for food to be replaced
Absolutely terrible. Don’t bother going inside as they clearly prioritize drive through first. We waited twenty minutes for our food and when we asked where our food was they told us “we’re doing drive through right now” Avoid this place at all costs. Food was of course trash once it finally came out.
