Had a great meal and Tniyah Jackson was so sweet, she even ordered some more sour cream for me and it was 1.38, while I was digging for the exact change she was taking change out of her own pocket to help me!!!! I want to give HER a 5 STAR REVIEW
PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The AI service bot is extremely difficult to order with if you’re not ordering menu items exactly like they come. The AI rang it up incorrectly and when an employee was supposed to fix it, he didn’t. We got charged extra for cheese that we didn’t receive and when I filed a complaint with Taco Bell, the manager called my personal number to argue with me then the same employee started arguing with me. Went inside to order this morning and had some technical difficulties with the ordering machine but the staff was very nice and accommodating, the Quesadilla was made with love for sure lol soooo good ! Inside was super clean, drink machine and sauce area was immaculate and bathroom was spotless.
Well haven't been there in a while, and it was horrible, the tacos tasted like they were made with old rancid oil couldn't even eat them. I called to let the manager know because I figured they'd want to know that something was not right, didn't sound like they really cared. I went through the drive-thru and they're now using AI and not a person which makes me feel they don't want to pay employees. I doubt I will be going back
