Probably the worst taco bell I've ever been to in my life. If this was the first time I went to T bell i probably wouldn't ever go again. You guys gotta do better. I love taco bell but this is not it, everything was made wrong besides my baja blast and I was to tired to honestly bring the food back. The rice in the burrito wasn't fully cooked and the beans were clearly not completely rehydrated. Unacceptable on all fronts.
Ordered for my daughter and I. We both asked for Pepsi. Once we took our first sip it was Cherry Pepsi. We took it back and the let him know to what he responded “It’s not Cherry Pepsi it’s Pepsi” we can literally taste the difference. He proceeds to say the box says Pepsi so it’s Pepsi. We had to end up buying 2 bottled waters to avoid arguing with this rude person.
Help with app and was charged twice
i grew up in this mall and i really trust all the food here but omg when i got my nacho fries from taco bell they look so nasty. it was so unprofessional there was grease all over the place and it was put in a kfc bag like bro what. i don’t even wanna even think abt how dirty it is in the back. like 6 dollars for this ew, and to top it off half the fries were dry and burnt. it literally looked like they grabbed the box out the trash and put fries in it.
Asked for the spicy food to be put on the side of the burrito because I can’t eat it and they put it on it anyway. The girl up front was rude. Generally it’s a ok experience but this time around wasn’t what it should have been. Hoping the company does better in the future.
