I’m really disappointed with this Taco Bell location. The lobby was completely closed with no explanation, and it took over 30 minutes just for my DoorDash order to even get picked up. There were multiple drivers waiting around confused, and no one from the staff communicated anything or tried to speed things up. If you’re going to shut down the lobby, at least have the drive‑thru running efficiently. This was a huge waste of time and super frustrating.
The shredded beef nacho fries were really good. You don't get the most for the price though. Gotta get a couple cheap options alongside it to make up for it.
