I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at one of your Taco Bell locations. Specifically, I am appalled by the policy—or lack thereof—surrounding access to complimentary drinking water. It is both unreasonable and unacceptable that customers are forced to purchase a soda cup or bottled water simply to quench their thirst.
