This Taco Bell sucks. They force you to order using the kiosk because they don't have enough employees after one employee told me that I didn't have to use the kiosk and someone would be with me shortly. An angry young woman came out and said you have to order through the kiosk. I ordered through the kiosk 10 minutes ago and still haven't received my drink cups. I haven't even gotten my food yet and I already don't want to be here. Taco Bell, you can do better than this.
You can only order your food on the kiosk. There were 9 employees working when we arrived, not including those in the office. It was not busy. Another customer found an open condom wrapper in the sauce packets... this got left on the counter for a while as we waited on our food. No one came out to clean out where the sauce is kept and sanitize it. No one cleaned the counter after the opened condom wrapper was thrown away that had been sitting there staring everyone in the face. We waited 10 minutes for 4 tacos and our order ... read more
