They can’t even give me every thing I paid for
I had the worst experience ever at Taco Bell in Chicago Heights. This was actually my second time trying to give them a chance, and it’s always the same thing. The drive-thru is a complete mess. You can’t even place an order without the manager jumping on the speaker and talking over the person who’s already taking your order. It’s confusing, chaotic, and completely unprofessional.
