I had the worst experience ever at Taco Bell in Chicago Heights. This was actually my second time trying to give them a chance, and it’s always the same thing. The drive-thru is a complete mess. You can’t even place an order without the manager jumping on the speaker and talking over the person who’s already taking your order. It’s confusing, chaotic, and completely unprofessional. Did not have a good experience here. The person taking our order was very rude. She said if we didn't hurry up and place our order we would have to get out line and go back around. Mind you we were the only ones in the drive thru. We felt rushed and not welcomed. When did get to the window, we realized that from being rushed we made a mistake and forgot to say frozen ba ha blast.
