Terrible the fact I paid to get a lux box in drive thru and said I have to come in and get it. If she would have said you must come in and order that because that is an inside price I have respect for that. But to order and pay in drive thru and come in No!. I was the only car and it was not busy. Done with this location.
Terrible customer service from management!!!!
I came to this Taco Bell location cause my wife is pregnant and was craving taco bell. Won't ever go there again the chick running the drive thru rushed me cause their on a timer of 2:00 mins as a former manager of taco bell and burger king we don't rush the customer cause then they might not get what they want. Second half the food was throwing in the bag and all broken hard shell tacos and missing shit from the order very rude and not good customer service. Rude customer service. If u dont use the kiosk then you are not getting your order taken. Total BS
