Rude customer service. If u dont use the kiosk then you are not getting your order taken. Total BS

Genuinely the worst Taco Bell, customer service is awful and not helpful whatsoever. Wouldn’t recommend.
Just picked up a crunch wrap and a chicken taco. There was plastic in my taco! Do better!!!
