Normally I have zero complaints about this location, they’re always on point. However, as of late they’ve really taken a nose dive. Put in an order through the drive through, apparently it was too complicated (it wasn’t) for the girl at the window so she deferred to someone else. Ultimately the order is completely wrong. Go inside to have it made right, the inside looks like a bomb hit it, food and bags all over the floors, everything is sticky and it’s overall disgusting inside. I am from KY and am up here traveling with my friend when we stopped for food. I forgot to switch the order location from my hometown to chicopee and the employees were very understanding and gave me some advice on how to fix it. They also through in extra items to makeup for the $30 i spent and couldn’t get. Great service and care for their customers.
Ordered a meal for 4 which includes 2 chicken quesadillas, 2 Crunchwrap supremes, 4 beef tacos, and 2 chips & cheese. I only got 3 beef tacos and the chips & cheese… Today has been the worst service ever received.
