I visited Taco Bell on July 24th today around 6:30 PM to pick up an Uber Eats order. I was waiting in the lobby and had already informed a staff member I was there. Unfortunately, the order was mistakenly handed to another driver. The staff member, she was handling both the drive-thru and lobby, responded rudely and was dismissive, despite knowing I was waiting. I waited 25 minutes for 3 drinks - which is all I ordered -just for them to give me the wrong ones. They were also very light in color and tasted super watered down.
Usually good. Today I received cold fries. A strawberry freeze that wasn't filled up to the top and a bitter peach drink
