I have Eosinophilic Esophagitis which causes me to have an allergic reaction for hours when I eat meat. It's not dangerous but it's incredibly uncomfortable. These guys put chicken in my quesadilla when I didn't ask for it, and when I brought it back to complain after eating some they barely acknowledged it, and then gave me a new one that also wasn't what I ordered either.
I’ve been too understanding in the past…we have had MANY incorrect orders… and this location consistently gets our order wrong. One time my husband went in after going in the drive through to get it corrected and they had the audacity to tell him he “ordered wrong.” Well we had a mostly okay order last time though my diet Mountain Dew was mostly just seltzer water. they forgot my tomatoes on the mexican pizza, didn’t put the sauce in the quesadilla and gave us a hard gordita shell that was almost inedible. the quality of this taco bell has gone down a lot in the past few months, i usually can trust them to get my order right and make the food well but it’s just been bad and lacking the last few times. and for how expensive taco bell is now, it’s not worth paying $7 for a mexican pizza and missing a whole ingredient or $7 for a quesadilla and missing the best part. just ridiculous.
