Ordered drive thru pick up from the app. The people that were working were friendly, the food was ready as I pulled up, food was all correct and tasted good.
URGENT: ordered a veggie bean crunch wrap and asked them to make it fresco which means to replace the dairy, they put it on the order but 4 bites in THERE IS DAIRY! as someone with a severe dairy allergy this is very serious and not a joke, i will now have to use epipen and this will effect my next few days. come here often and service is always awful but this is unacceptable.
Absolute worst Taco Bell i’ve ever been to. It’s disgusting inside, takes a minimum of 20 mins to get food (tried 3 times), Staff is arrogant and does not care what you think. Please consider going elsewhere. This place is not worth your time and money.
After a night out with my friends, we decided to stop at Taco Bell for some food. We placed our order at the drive-thru, paid, and were asked to pull up and wait. About ten minutes later, a worker brought us the wrong order. Another twenty minutes passed, yet our food still hadn’t arrived. Terrible. If you stop by at night they will tell you to pull forward. there’s 13 people working there at 10:30 and no one can mop the floors and clean up a baseball let alone bring me my food. *update I got my food” once again missing shit
