Such a shame that nobody will take your order when walking inside! They have people standing around but nobody will take your order. You have to use the stupid kiosk. Even though someone was standing at counter. Supposedly it’s corporate policy to use the kiosk. Ive been to several Taco Bell’s across the USA and this is the only place that will not wait one you. Rude and disrespectful when asking questions also.
Ordered my breakfast from the app this morning. Got there at almost 9 AM meaning they've been open for 2 hours. They don't have eggs for 10 mins. The closing manager did something wrong so they don't have eggs. It's 2 hours after you opened and you still don't have eggs, you only have hash browns. I didn't pay $12 online for freaking hash browns. Told them I'd be back in 10 mins for my food. I eat here rather often but this level of incompetence is not acceptable for a large corporation.
