Came 2 hours before it was even time to close, at 1am. The same time I always do when I get off work on Wednesdays. *Every week* and get the same black bean vegetarian items by ordering ahead (like I always do) get to the drive thru and get told there’s no black beans and only 1 scoop of refried left for the replacement to stretch across multiple items.. then got told they “NEVER” have black beans at this time?? Went through the drive thur today and a couple items were missing from my bag. I go inside and the ladies working were very rude and one of them even rolled her eyes at me. Maybe get the order right in the first place!
I always order on the app and we get points that way.
