The night shift supervisor who does the drive theu is very rude. Please go to barracks shopping center taco bell. Fifth st location made me disappointed twice. I would never go there again
Service was slow and food was cold.
Theosia took our order and had such lovely energy! Made our Taco Bell experience
Ordered at 526pm, got my food at 601pm. Watched them serve 15+ cars from the drive through. Paid for over $40 worth of food, asked for a refund after 30 minutes and told me I was next. Then served two people after me. Gave me my stuff and my quesadilla wasn’t cut, all the soft shell tacos and looked like a salad in the bag and didn’t receive one of my burritos. Definitely will not return to there.
The worst service I have ever had. I stood at the counter for almost 10 min waiting for a drink that they forgot, then had to wait for them to look back at my order to prove that I had a drink.
