Waited 20min at the speaker without any response. Drove to the window and they said "sorry we are busy with door dash orders" So to get my food I bought on the app, I would have to go back around and wait another 20min Absolutely ridiculous I completely understand getting backed up, it happens. But you need to at least say something on the speaker! Just a terribly managed location in a pretty bad area. While in the drive thru people will come up and ask for money. All around, avoid this taco bell
I'm not standing outside in 40 degree weather to pick up my order all because you guys are trying to keep drive thru times down. Do better.
