If I could rate it lower I would im constantly missing items from my order or it's made completely wrong. Tonight I went to go get it for dinner and half my order was missing, also while I was looking through the items and I found whatever that is in the image below. poor excuse of a burrito? I'm not sure but this has gotta be the worst taco bell in cheyenne.
Had to wait over a hour for my food then it wasnt even good and the are always missing stuff and its never as fresh as it should be after waiting for a whole hour in the driveway smh this location is horrible I do not recommend going there
Just had the worst experience I have ever had in this town. Chloe is rude, condescending and just flat out horriable at customer service. I was told by "her" employee my total was $24.19 in front of the people in my car. I handed over cash and she she said she couldn't make change super rudely. She asked me if I had another form of payment after sitting in their line for 20ish mins. I mean I did but that was not the way I had planned to pay. Didn’t give me all my food and every single item they did give me was messed up. A frequent occurrence of this location specifically. Last time going there.
