They make you buy the food from the kiosk. Even though there's plenty employees there. The kiosk takes way too long.
Went to get a late night snack. Everything says they are open until 1am. Was there at 1230. They said they were open for door dash only. Maybe you should update your website.
One lady at the front counter and having trouble keeping up with orders. She told everyone they had to use the kiosk to order. Several turned around and left. One said they would go to Taco Johns. She told a coworker (manager?). He said something like, "We don't need customers like them." I used the kiosk -- a first for me. I did not bring my reading glasses and had trouble reading the kiosk.
