This place never fails to dissapoint me. I get taco bell is busy, I get that there’s only really two in Cheyenne. I get it. I used to work in food service myself. I get why you might go “ahh whatever” in the middle of a rush. However, there’s got to be some sort of line drawn between handing out mid food vs not trying at all. They seem to have fixed their staffing issues, but still bed to 86 the kiosks.
Always something missing
Waited in line for more than 5 minutes, did not even get acknowledged. No “will be with you in a minute” nothing. If you’d like to keep customers at least acknowledge them
