Extremely poor service! Ordered at the drive through and when I got home the order was not correct. I called and spoke with the so called General Manager and she was extremely rude and didn’t want to assist me. I drove back to the store and she was at the drive through, she took the bag of food and looked through all the items and then threw it away. Poor staff didn’t get what I order. Asked for extra cheese didn’t get any. Tried calling a few times no answer.
i wanted a crunchwrap supreme, it wasn’t on the kiosk. they said were kiosk only, just order a burrito and we’ll make it a crunchwrap supreme. i watched them tell the guy in the kitchen to make a crunchwrap supreme. i still received a burrito. it was too late to turn around and ask for my correct food item so i just threw it out. never coming back.
