I went to the taco bell off dell range at 7pm on Aug 20 2026 and had absolutely terrible service my order was messed up and the attitude of the drive through is absolutely uncalled for would not recommend going to this one
Very slow in the drive thru and the guy was rude both tacos were broken snd almost broke my tooth on hard chicken called to complain and was hung up on
I received the wrong order in drive thru.... phoned spoke a person who said she was a manager and didn't once say "I'm sorry"?, told me to drive the 10 mins back to replace order. WHY do these companies take us for granted. They lost a customer forever in part for not listening to get order correct, second by being rude. This didn't have to end this way.....
26 minutes in drive thru and didn't even get to order. If you are that short staffed then you should close the inside or the drive thru.
Pink haird worker was rude and just awful. Missed food two items, a taco, and bag of chips, complained and said she didnt want to work and yelled it at us, went back to get our missing food and she refused to take the car infront or ours order,
