I have zero problem with the staff here. I know they're trying their best, but everytime I pull up they've got cars out the wazoo and it feels like they dont have enough help. I hope you guys get the help you need soon, bc im often here waiting 30+ minutes for my food.
The Lobby was clean
Terrible service and would not remake our food after it was done wrong.
I have never been treated so poorly by a manager and the staff as I was tonight at the 231 Taco Bell in Panama City Florida. I waited over 30mins in the drive through and my order was wrong. I thought no big deal I’ll just go to the door and they will fix it but boy was I wrong. A employee that had just clocked in came to the door and was nice.
