What is it about these places that make you order from a menu screen? There was virtually no human interaction whatsoever. Even when my food was ready, the young man just set it on the counter and walked away. I like the food better than most fast food restaurants, but it's not a great experience eating in there.
My daughter walked in to order a drink, separate from an online order we placed beforehand. She had cash, which we knew she would have to order at the counter. She waited and the lady who was just sitting outside came in. My daughter explained she had cash and the lady told her she had to place her order at the kiosk and then click the cash button to pay at the front counter.
