Dining room closed with only the drive through available!
For weeks the lobby was closed, today no CO2 for drinks, lobby looks like it has not been mopped in 3 weeks. I ran franchises if restaurants in the past. I continue to come here because it is close, but I have never seen an above store manager at this location. If I ran this franchise I would station myself in this store for an extended period of time to get this under control. I spent 22 dollars today and it was another terrible experience. We placed our order on line from the parking lot. We were the only customers when we went inside with 1 car in Drive thru so you would think the service and food would be great. WRONG. I ordered a 12PC nugget meal w/ mashed potatoes and gravy as my side. The girl gave us our order immediately and as I checked I saw now utensils or straws
If I could rate this 0 star I would. No customer service at all. They ignore you like you don't exist. Atleast four of them on the back no one came up to the front and acknowledge. I have to yell to call someone. Worst store ever.
