This location (along with many others in VA it seems) no longer provides any free drinking water to customers. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Also, the beefy 5 layer burrito and Cinnabon delights I got here were the worst I’ve ever had at any location. Management seriously needs to figure out this water situation.
Food took almost 30 mins for 3 burritos and 1 quesadilla. One team member was on their phone and only way to order was the kiosk. Burritos were a mess in their wrappers. No service, poor quality, and long wait time. Willl skip this location next time.
