Taco Bell’s policy to no longer give a customer a complementary cup of water is a poor demonstration of customer service It is long been established in any restaurant, including fast food that if a customer wants a cup of water, it is provided at no additional charge. I reject the shift to charge or try to provide a bottle of water at a price. That’s exactly what happened tonight and I was very disappointed. I will wash my food down with my own spit before I pay you for 1 ounce of water
