Pic says enough. #10 grilled steak burrito meal. Any smaller and it will be a one bite. 95% Tortilla wrap 5% other materials= 100% sadness mixed with disappointment.
This place has literally just given up. No customer service. You have to order on a screen. Dine in, place is shamefully filthy, food is both cold & stale. Paid $33 for two combo meals and both are trash.
This place is awful! They have terrible customer service and their parking lot/ drive thru is a nightmare. Expect to wait for your food for at least 40 minutes or more with no communication from employees. And God help you if your a door dasher because it's a joke. Worst "fast food" experience ever.
We were refused service unless we used the kiosk instead of someone taking our order in person. They lost a family of 6's order to another restaurant! What a shame we can't have in person customer service anymore.
