Grossly incompetent team. Over a 30 minute wait in the lobby because they prioritized the drive thru. When we finally got our food, it was 96°F, soggy and mushy. Our nachos ripped like wet paper. The team joked with each other and slacked off the entire time, leaving the entire lobby filthy. Trash and food all over. I finally abandoned my paid order. The interior was filthy. There wasnt enough staff. They couldn't even tell me where I was in the order line up after waiting for 25 minutes. The way their system prioritizes orders is chaos. Drive thru clearly had first priority. Ordering on the app and at the lobby kiosk have very low priority. Ordering from the person directly at the register has high priority. What a mess. There werent any adult employees. Some of the teens were polite and working hard. Some were slow and indifferent.
