Order online and people walk in and order. The people that walk in and order get their food before the mobile order get made. Slow service.
Terrible experience. The kiosk doesn’t have the same options as mobile so i had to do that and then had no idea my food was ready until they finally asked why I was still waiting. Terrible customer service-no greeting, no apologies, just “we put them here and you should check”. Corporate processed a refund so I changed the review to a 3.
