Quan was not very pleasant over the drive thru speaker. He needs to be more professional and provide a better customer service experience. It was like he was rude for no reason or maybe that’s how he talks to people. Which is not nice at all. It was so noticeable that my granddaughter commented on it to me. Forgot some food in bag went back around and respectfully let them know the manager at night was rude disrespectful to us and to the girl working the window made the worker cry right infront of us and called us a liar about missing items til we sent bag back in and he realized the items we just never put in the bag but still never apologized will not return to this one the disrespectful stuff was unacceptable
Closed two hours early
They always get the orders right. Not much of a wait time. Helpful employees. Can't complain.
