I've never met a more rude group of people. I stopped here for lunch and they tell me I have to ring up my own order that corporate won't allow them to use a register. What are you being paid for? I said I'd rather them sign it up it's their job and they got ignorant about it. I asked for management and she's the GM and won't give me a number for corporate. This tacobell is rough, last time I went i found hair in not one but two of my tacos I was highly disappointed and grossed out also they fight me on getting a cup of water when I dont drink soda, no other tacobell does that just this one
This particular restaurant can't seem to make any of the food correctly. I got a protein bowl, which is freaking expensive fyi, and there was some stuff in it that I couldn't tell what it was. The quality of the ingredients were poor. It tasted off. So I went through the drive thru and got a chicken enchilada burrito and there wad hardly any chicken! It was stuffed full of rice.
