Here lately there's been hardly any me in any of the tacos or burritos. Sometimes it's good most of the time here lately for me it's not been good. Roll a dice if you want but the last time you screwed me over I waited forever for the food the food wasn't good it wasn't even the write items in the box that I had ordered with my receipt

I Went inside since I had multiple orders and was on a lunch run, and they pointed me to a kiosk and said they don't do verbal orders inside anymore. That's fine, but they royally messed up almost everything i ordered and what wasn't messed up was messy and cold. My $7.00 Luxe Box wasn't put in a box at all, but mixed up with other items. The chips I ordered were thrown in there upside down so they spilled everywhere. Instead of a beefy 5 layer, I got a cold bean 5 layer with no sour cream. Sat at the front desk with the entire staff staring at us. No one bothered to tell us we needed to use a kiosk. Tried to go through the drive through sat there for five minutes before driving away. Not sure what everyone in the place was doing but it wasn’t paying attention to customers. Went to Burger King across the street.
