Ordered my food and when I got to the window they forgot my order and had to retake it again, told me to go park at the mobile order parking spot, I order a supreme luxe box a plain Crunchwrap and 3 drinks (2 Baja blasts and a water) gave me one water one Baja, gave me a Crunchwrap supreme, went inside and asked for my drink and showed the lady my receipt and she went to try and get me to pay after I had said 3 times they forgot my drink, please hire people with common sense
They always get food wrong. And always have to wait over 25 minutes for an order.
Can you please hire anyone that isn't slow and a burn out? Over 30 minutes for my food when they aren't busy is ridiculous.
I waited over 30 minutes for an order of 5 items, 4 of which were soft tacos and a cheese roll up. I watched them make it, and leave it on the counter and talk before they bagged it, it was cold when I got it. Absolutely appalling customer service.
