Very friendly and polite. Had a fairly large order and everything was right. Excellent service.
They are understaffed here, wait times for food are longer as a result.
Just pulled up at 10:45 am all the workers were standing outside drive through closed I’d understand if it was a one time thing but this place is always slow and disorderly the fastest I’ve gotten through the drive through in the last 4 years has been 10 mins and it’s normally 15-30 mins. I love Taco Bell but this place really grinds my gears always open late and close early
Waited forever for someone to even act like i was there. Then the chalupa shells were hard like they were stale. This was the second time i went there this week the first time i walked out
SLOWEST fast food joint i've ever seen. Minimum 5 minute wait for every car in front of you and even if you're the only car there's still a chance you'll wait 10+ mins. At least you know the food will be warm cause you'll for sure be waiting on it.
