Whoever was staffed on 4/10/26 between 7pm and 7:30pm needs their customer service skills reevaluated. I placed a mobile order and was ten mins late (my bad, I'll take the L for that) and stood at their counter for a few minutes while all 5-6 of yall were in the kitchen area.
