I love taco bell, its my favorite fast food restaurant. I've noticed whenever I order someone has to go wrong, wether it be with what was added or not getting an item. Out of the past 3 times ive eaten there my family has missed out on 4 nacho fries total while still having to pay for it. This is becoming a recurring issue as just last time I ordered 3 nacho fries were missing.
I put in an online order on my break for work. I went to go pick it up and sat in the line my entire break. As I finally got up to the window nobody even acknowledged me as I would have like to tell them I had to go. I had to wave to get someone’s attention and then he reiterated there is an angry customer at the window as I simply asked what is the long wait for. Every. Single. Time. I order something goes wrong, I ordered 3 nacho fries today and didnt get any. Last time I ordered i order 2 nachos fries and only got 1. This is a reoccurring issue and is very annoying.
