I placed a mobile order at 1:15AM when I got off work. I was tired and just wanted something quick. Their hours were posted as closing at 2AM. When I arrived to the store at 1:20AM, I sat at the speaker for 20 entire minutes without being greeted. The lights were on and there was clearly a worker there. I called and explained I’d been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and was wondering if they got my order. Ordered through the drive through. After waiting 30minutes in the drive through i finally got to the window to pay, was greeted with an very angry employee telling me " Your order is too big, next time go somewhere else" mind you I order a 12pack of tacos and 2 drinks. None the less they lost all my future business at this location.. To top it off all the tacos were soaking wet in grease, not even edible.
Only bc a foreigner was complaining about his order, 2 different times. The manager handled it well.
