Food is ok when they get the order right. Workers in kitchen like cussing out loud with customers in the dining room or waiting. Update: It doesn’t get any better. Employees can’t read what you ordered apparently because they always forget something.
Doors not unlocked 15 mins after they are supposed to be open. Will not return
I stopped by the Burgaw, NC taco bell today. The line was long and the wait was probably 3-4 min wait, nothing too crazy. When I got to the window, I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming face. I believe her name was Kalee according to the receipt. She immediately apologized for the wait and mentioned she was currently the only one working. She didn't sound overwhelmed or frustrated.
