There's a dozen different fast food chicken places you can go to these days. Go somewhere else. That might include a different KFC, but this location is absolute disappointment in a paper bucket. It was 1:30 in the afternoon, post lunch rush but still in the prime of the work day. Shoutout to my man DOM!!! He saved my life, when my wheel got caught on their curb dom personally came out and lifted it— ONE HANDED. After my fiasco with the curb he skillfully crafted two delectable soft and pillowy biscuits for me as I was calorically challenged. He is revved up those ovens and hand delivered my babies out to my 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT with a smile and some pep in those steps!! dom at the drive thru is the BOMB. we came through the drive thru for two biscuits and a cheesy roll up and he was so kind as to tell us that they needed to put more in the oven and wait 15 minutes if we wanted to. he then personally handed them out to us very fresh! we then went back around at around 12:40 am because we were rather hungry again we got two FANTASTIC cookies as well and three more cheesy roll ups. AMAZING customer service from dom.
