The fall off of this Taco Bell needs to be studied. It used to be fine, recently it has gone majorly downhill. Whoever is running night crew specifically, either needs to get their crews act together, or be fired altogether so someone competent can do it. The crew is rude, barely even acknowledge you exist, and get the order wrong nearly every single time you go at this point. I had a truly terrible experience at Taco Bell that I feel needs to be shared. My husband ordered in-store, but when we got home, we realized we only received half of our order. He had to drive all the way back to the store to get the rest, which was already a huge inconvenience. To make matters worse, Taco Bell refused to refund us for their mistake, citing it was too much of a hassle. After we explicitly told them what was missing, they STILL gave us the wrong order. As I make my way to the glorious franchise we all know and love as Taco Bell, I'm shaking in my boots for the sensation of shoving a whole beefy five-layer burrito in my mouth. I walk in, eagerly awaiting my inevitable gluttony upon returning to my vehicle. I grab the box with my shaking, iron-deficient hands and skip desperately back to the car.
