Tortillas taste weird and hard n brittle crumbly not normal everything else was ok
My steak quesadilla was only cut through the top layer, but it was really good though. No "thank you have a good day" or anything like that from staff.
I've been waiting for around 20 minutes and still have not received my food. They also told us they have skipped over our order. Whats bad is it was mobile order just for two grilled cheese burritos. My order should have already done but it was not. This is by far the slowest taco bell i've ever been to.
They asked me to wait a minute before taking my order in the drive thrue. After 10-15 minutes I asked what the hold up was and they said it would be another 15-20 minute wait. Waisted my time, I wouldn't be leaving the review if it wasnt for such poor communication and customer service.
