I went through the drive thur today. I wacth the guy handling the window give the car in front of me a bag of food. Then he took the bag back. He then gave that car a new bag of food and they pulled away. When I pulled up, I paid and he asked if wanted a receipt. I said yes. Then I noticed my bag of food already had a receipt in it. It was the car in front of my car's receipt. I asked him about it and he said he had gave them the wrong bag of food. So he took it back and then gave it to me. My son wanted a quick snack. We popped in and he had a couple of questions. The counter staff were patient with him. It was a very good experience. He especially enjoyed the Cinnabon Delights.
Please put the sign before drive thru that all drivers have come inside to pick up doordash and uber eats orders sometimes they allow inside and sometimes time they not this is just waste of time please give some training to your manager
