Last 3 orders of chips and cheese, the chips were stale. So today 2/6/2026 we got the cinnamon twist. And they have an after taste that is terrible. It reminds me of how drain cleaner smells.
This location couldn't get an order right if they were paid to. I'll stick to Oxford and Rochester where they make your food correctly and don't burn it to a crisp.
Came here at around 1:30am on 8/11. Place a mobile order for their new cheesey melt steak burrito and chipotle ranch steak burrito. Pull up to window and kid said they don't have lettuce or sour cream. I said that find Idc about the lettuce and just put jalapeno sauce instead of sour cream. When I got home to open up my food it looked like a pile of 💩. Good people, that's where the positive stops. Food sucks here. Plain and simple. Burnt Crispy Chicken. How you burn that is beyond me, it goes in a timed fryer. Lack of ingredients in literally everything we ordered. Two pieces of steak in a Steak quesadilla, no sauce in it either literally two small steak pieces and cheese... for what we pay for this food you would expect to AT Least get your steak. I’ve consistently had great experiences at Taco Bell. Manager Maddie has always treated me with professionalism and respect, which really makes a difference. Service is efficient, and I never have to wait very long for my food. It’s clear the team is well-managed, and I appreciate the consistency every time I come here. Highly recommend this location.
