I came through the drive through. The guy didnt even talk to me. And then put soap in my drink... We had no social interaction so there's no possible way I could have had a bad interaction with him. Loved this TacoBell until he decided to poison me.
got taco bell for a last night snack. had it ordered through door dash and what i got was crazy. i got nacho fries but they held the nacho and only gave me fries.
Slow service. No urgency
Sat in the drive through for well over 30 minutes to pick up my online order. And the food was less than subpar.
The cold store and manager screaming at her employees should be investigated, it happens every time I go in there. She shouldn't be in customer service with that poor attitude. She's extremely loud and rude.
