Waited at the speaker and finally gave up after no one took my order and traffic was backing up around the building. I pulled up to the window and told the girl I had been waiting and could she take me order. She told me no that I would need to drive back around and try it again. Why should I have to go back and sit in the long line again just because their stuff isn't working.
Every time I order my food I ask for no sour cream or beans and they always put it on there they never listen it’s not that hard to fallow instructions I have allways loved Taco Bell but the past couple months this restaurant has made me dislike it more and more Edit: Whoever was the cooks at this location at Tuesday march 31st at 12:45pm 2026 they are amazing cooks they need to teach the others how to cook like them I had the best Taco Bell I have ever had today
Went through the drive-through took 30 minutes to order initially place part of my order and the lady acted like I was done and wouldn’t respond to the rest of my order. I had a lot of cars behind me. I go up to the window to try to finish placing my order and the lady said I would have to go back through the line since they didn’t get the rest. Which would have added another 30 minutes. Worst experience and treated poorly by staff.
Every time I order for delivery some of my order is always missing. Never have I got my whole order.
