Food was good, the 5 layer burrito was a bit small but on point! The chips tasted just like cinnamon twists which threw the whole thing off.. and I mean it tasted exactly like cinnamon twists, i don’t know if they cooked the chips in the same oil after the twist or what happened but I have to give 3 stars here for food for that, I’ve never experienced this at any other location
Way better food than the Taco Bell next to the university. I drive the extra distance just because I know the food at this location will actually be good.
The "virtual drive-thru assistant" is utter garbage. Honestly, one star is being generous, and it is only because the people working there are not completely incompetent and unwilling to work with you. But somehow they ruined the food so terribly that it was practically inedible; the one star is only for the chips and cheese, because it would really be something awful if they messed up the chips and cheese. Please just drive to Johnston St. location, I know it's miles away but it's worth it. And never order at the Drive-Thru... read more
Trash, went last night 10/3, drive thru lady rude as can be. They were using 2 liters to dill drink orders. Disorganized, crappy service. If I wanted a 2 liter soda id have gone to the store myself
