Older person at the window really rude and doesn't do her job correctly and my food wasn't as good as it used to
The cinnamon twist smell rancid and have little to no cinnamon
Couple tips, Wash your drive-thru window doors, Don't have your employees coming up with food on the mouths. I also was in the drive through for over 20 minutes before I got my 2 items. If you fix those things I think the Taco Bell experience would be a lot better.
Workers looked like they were dead to the world. Daughter got nochos and the cheese tasted chemically.. And wait 25 minutes...
Horrible experience every time I've been there. The lady in charge is always screaming, interrupting the customer while trying to order and is extremely rude. The first couple of times I let it slide because I thought she was having a bad day, I now know that's how she is everyday to everyone. She even slammed my bag down on the drive-thru counter and broke all the hard shell tacos the last time I was there. Horrible customer service.
