Very very rude to me and my son
So they were out of chicken and ground beef. They had limited menu so we tried the canteen pizza it was good. Guy was helpful
I was pleasantly surprised today with Taco Bell New Londons professionalism. The whole Taco Bell team was working together. What great teamwork I saw. And Tara was a honest delight today with warm smiles and friendliness. Great job!!! Ps...my order was correct, and the food was delicious. (Drive thru)
The only reason I rated this a 1 star is because there is no 0. The employees are super rude. The food even for a Taco Bell was horrible the drink was 90% ice. Don’t recommend going here.
Food and service are terrible. Daytime manager was rude and yelling at myself and employees. When in drive thru there usually a 30 to 40 minute wait if there's a few cars ahead. When I do finally get my food I have to park and make sure it is all there because there is always something missing. They are always out of something ingredient wise. Yesterday was the final straw.
