The restaurant was clean. Food was hot and as ordered. Bathrooms were clean. Only reason for 4 stars was the food took awhile for this type of restaurant. To be fair, they seem to be short staffed. All in all, a good visit.
we ordered our food, it was correct and relatively fresh, but while we were eating, we witnessed an employee leaned over the front counter from behind the counter and was eating on the counter like it was a table. i shouldn't have to explain that you shouldn't openly eat where you place customers food, it's disgusting. and then we witnessed a woman with her child in her arms without maintaining her hair walk back behind the line and back into the kitchen. so not only are your employees eating on the counter where they serve ... read more
Still waiting for our food. Got here at 5:50 and its 6:36. Guy at the counter got us our cups about 5 minutes ago. He was nice and apologized for the wait. The soda was out of syrup but I knew better than to ask for it to be fixed. The manager and whoever owns this place need to understand the impact of online orders and how to eliminate 1 hour wait times for food. I am literally never taking my family here again. We were on a break from the last visit and im less impressed this time around.
Me and my wife put in a late night order on her birthday which was today. We were told the grill was in cleaning mode. They could not make our food, which, after a simple google, I found out their grills, do not have a clean mode. Don't waste your time with night shift
