Via is very helpful in the drive thru. But I have had multiple bad experiences with a worker named Tish. She is almost always disrespectful and rude and doesn’t get orders right. I highly suggest something be done about this
In front of the door sheet of ice. 7 district managers and a gm watched as we gingerly walked across. Young lady behind the counter ran past all the bosses to attempt to help. They didnt even get up. The young lady ran all the way to the back and got ice melt carried it back thru the kitchen and sprinkled it on the ice. This kind young lady Renea was amazing. Maybe all you high and mighty bosses can take some guidance from your employee and learn how customer service is supposed to be.
