Everything has improved dramatically compared to a few years ago. Problems and food quality have been fixed.
service is always slow and the food is ALWAYS wrong, and the stupid ai speaker bot CANNOT recognize ethnic sounding names
This place is honestly bs. It should NOT be considered fast food whatsoever. They take over an hour just for a couple orders. The new manager claims he'd get things better here, but they have honestly been worse. It's fast food. Not even sit down restaurants take this long. Not to mention, they make you wait to take your order in the drive thru, even if there's nobody infront of you, and like 1-2 people in the lobby. They seem to only do 1 car at a time.
