By far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a party pack. To which they gave me in a timely manner, however my tacos were all stale. I took a bite out of one, as did my sister and both were stale like they’d been sitting out for hours to days. The manager on duty, who I can’t remember her name, refused to refund me my full amount even with the food being brought back. I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. The staff was rude, and the entire night shift was completely unprofessional. They shut off the lights around the entire building, making it appear that they were closed even though they were still supposed to be open. I arrived around 9:00 p.m., and the line had already been taken down despite the restaurant not closing until 2:00 a.m. It felt like they were trying to avoid serving customers rather than doing their jobs. I had an awful experience at this Taco Bell. The service was unbelievably slow, and to make matters worse, they turned the lights off to make it look like they were closed instead of helping waiting customers. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. The staff showed very little urgency, and the overall customer service was terrible. I understand places get busy, but pretending to be closed instead of serving customers is unacceptable.
