I order from here today and let’s just say I’m sooo disappointed. Like how do you not put lettuce on my taco. Also leave my nacho chips out of my box like this easy guys.
It never fails, when coming to this location there is always an issue. An order placed on the app, a 20 minute wait in the drive-thru line with ONE car ahead of me, only to be told "We will be right with you," once I did get to the drive-thru ordering microphone. Another 10 minutes waiting before anyone said anything. I give my name for the mobile order, pull around to the window...to wait another 10 minutes. I go to this Taco Bell often and I always have a good experience.. the cashier tonight was very sweet. I believe her name was Jada. the AI needs a upgrade, It never gets my name, right
