I recently went to Taco Bell on Bridge Street, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t very pleasant. The employee who took my order didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She didn’t smile, greet me, say thank you, or wish me a good day. Customer service can make a big difference, and this visit left me feeling unwelcome. Based on this experience, I probably won’t be going back.
