My rating of two stars is due to several observations. Employees were seen using the same gloves no hand washing as l, even staff drinking and eating behind the counter. Additionally, employees were observed without hairnets or face coverings, which is a violation of health and safety regulations. Furthermore, my food was cold and appeared to be expired. It is crucial to prioritize food safety and ensure that food is served at the appropriate temperature.
Aug 20/2026 This taco bell is the worst ive seen, bunch of lazy dudes who dont want to make 3 orders when im the only one there, then every one of my items was smashed (fist shaped). Why hire people who dont want to work? worst experience for no reason and you can tell its managed horribly.
I ordered a Cantina bowl, it was delicious but I paid extra for alterations. Out of 3 none of them were done 😞.

Terrible Taco Bell location. These employees/managers/franchise owner need to be re-trained on customer service and food preparation. Very long wait time in drive through. Would not fulfill two separate mobile orders in one vehicle. Was told we would have to drive around go through again. Had to go inside to get second order, took 18 minutes to make it and first order got cold while waiting. Then they set the order on the counter and didn’t tell us it was ready.
