Called and spoke to a manager about our food tasting horrible, we couldn’t finish it, in the middle of eating my food I started to feel sick. She (“manager”) did offer to make new food or a refund but was not very polite and hung up on me. We will never be ordering from here again. (Did not return for a fresh meal or refund)

I ordered a taco box if 12 tacos , each and every taco is mush and stuck to the wrapping, I'm sure these were not made fresh but looks like they were sitting around fir a bit. Never Again will I visit thus branch

Place was dirty. All tables covered in food. Was waiting at counter to place my order, staff did not greet or pay attention to me. Had to place order at kiosk. Food came out. Taco shell were broken which Galena. But it wasn't wrapped properly. Went to grab good but they fell out of wrapper. Soda machine was a mess and not working correctly. Went for one drink and only syrup came out of the spout but water was spraying out of every where and so over. Went to another soda and was out. Always love me some Taco Bell, but this location is remarkably slow… and the worst part? You can’t get Baja Blast at the drive thru or the app. Fountain inside has it, but it’s not listed in the app and they won’t let you order it at the drive thru. Always have to park after, dump it, and refill it inside!
