This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. I have eaten hear a handful of times over the past year, and by experiences just keep getting worse. The staff could not care less about keeping a clean and presentable image. Every time I go inside, there just people standing around not paying any attention to customers. They have friends hanging around the store being weird. Staff is hanging around outside smoking/vaping with buddies in the parking lot. At first, the food was normal. Food was ok but service questionable. Forgot my daughter's drink wife went to ask for it the lady working in a snotty tone said I made it what did she do with it? Like to stop there and no longer will be. If they cant controll there employees attitudes maybe they should just close the doors.
The cashier Trayvon was absolutely the best. He made sure we got whatever we needed promptly and had an amazing upbeat friendly attitude. You definitely need more people like him.
