TLDR - pranked by employee Ordered a steak burrito. Kylee asked half a dozen questions about add ons… No I don’t want double sour cream… No I don’t want double steak... super weird but whatever. She had a big old grin when she handed me the order. Turns out the entire friggin burrito she gave me was Jalapeños! I check the receipt and she made both burritos double jalapeños (which btw was not even one of the add ons she asked about). So unbelievable that I’m writing my first Google review. A ⭐2 star review⭐ for the 2 brain cells used to prepare my Taco Bell order tonight ... First star for my food being warmish and a second star for getting it to the drive thru ... Well done you!!! Maybe next time we could work on getting the order right? Napkins and hot sauce would be great, too. Just a 2 star thought.
Waited half hour for 2 items. Terrible experience. Both customers who ordered after me recieved their food before me. Had to go talk to front counter who said sorry lunch rush. The drive thru was empty and store had 5 customers inside.
