Rough visit through the drive thru. Ordered our food, made sure everything was right on the screen, got to the window and paid, when we received our food we were missing half our order. After arguing with the workers for a minute we were made to pay extra to get the rest of the food we already ordered and paid for. Go to drive away and realize our food is made incorrectly, (missing sour cream potatoes on burrito not supposed to have potatoes, etc.) had to park and come inside to get it fixed, and even with our order remade, ... read more
If you go after ten at night expect errors. Pay for add ons, never get added. Sauces? Yeah who needs those. Dude working is slightly lost to say the least. Not that hard.
Brandon H needs a raise! Sweet kid, I thanked him for easy ice and His reply was oh no problem, it’s my job. But he said it with pride. I’m a mom who works long hours and his kindness and pep was refreshing at fast food!
5 29 26. Ordered 6 steak grilled cheese burritos and a Pepsi. Got 5 burritos. I ordered them for lunch, I work night shift, but later found after eating 3 I had 2 left.
