Offer online ordering, ffs! This is why I don't go here often. The staff and food are good when I do go, so it's particularly infuriating that this isn't an option.
I went there and ordered one burrito and one Fiesta Bowl. Unfortunately, the Fiesta Bowl they gave me was not only stale, but you needed a jaw strength of a horse to be able to chew it. It was like chewing on cardboard, and I even chipped a tooth because of them. What a waste.
No online ordering. The food is crap and dried out.
Every single time we try to order here they are out of most of the menu items. Or they aren’t cooked and we are told it’ll take 30 minutes or more to cook the items, very important items! Example beef chicken cheese???
They are too slow ., take 15-20 minutes for 1 order.. they teach a guy in a busy time i think need to teach someone when slow
